Introducing Evernote 8.0 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Evernote has released an update on mobile apple products. They have made the most important part of the app simpler and faster - taking notes. It is now easier than ever. It will be a shortcut to create a new note as soon as you open the app.

Evernote has many great features. "Tagging" notes make them easier to find. Notebooks make it easier to stay organize. You can attach photos to notes and they have a way to take photos of documents and receipts and the system will add a filter to the photo to make it look like it came from a fancy scanner.

Other things powerusers will appreciate is the ability to lock the app for security and also create shared notes. This is valuable because you can share a note for work or a simple shopping or to do list with a family member.
