We allow you to ask for assistance in many different ways. Once you join the Tech Acceleration Program. You can submit tickets through text message, email, online, or even leave a voicemail. 

We give you a dedicated hotline to ask questions, ask for support, or even ask for product recommendations. Our customer promise is to respond to your voicemail within 24 hours with an answer or the next best steps. 

Being a member of the Tech Acceleration Program comes with another benefit of having a tech friend when you need one. Teach Me Tech will act as a Tech Support ambassador for you. You may need to call a companies tech support line. That isn't always the best experience. We will join the conference with you, and help get the answer you need in regular language.
