With all of our programming for Career Tech Day and Engineers Week and due to changing needs of our population we are finding that our students want hands on. However, they also need to hear from industry professional about the skills and knowledge that are necessary for them to achieve the success they desire. If you do a Career Tech day again, specifically in DeKalb County, I would explore some of each software you use and give the students snippets of the skill and then refer them to your instructional videos for deeper exploration.
